Dreame A3 AWD Pro
The A3 AWD Pro is the best value for hilly yards right now. At its $1,699.99 sale price, the 2500 model covers 0.62 acre with all-wheel drive and an 80% slope rating, and it needs no antenna. Very large, featureless fields suit an RTK mower better.

Navigation
Dreame's OmniSense 3.0 combines a 360° 3D LiDAR scanner with binocular cameras. It builds the map without RTK or wires, and detects more than 300 types of obstacles. You set the boundary by driving the mower with the app's remote control or letting AI auto-mapping trace it.
Cutting and edges
The 15.8 in deck is one of the widest here, and height adjusts from 1.2 to 3.9 in. EdgeMaster 2.0 brings the cutting disc to within about an inch of the lawn edge in automatic mode, which means less trimming along beds.
Security
Included 4G service (3 years) enables tracking, and there's a lift alarm, PIN lock and AirTag compatibility for an extra layer of tracking.
This review is based on Dreame's published specifications, independent coverage and owner reports, compared against the other mowers we track. We'll add hands-on results as our testing progresses.
Questions
Is the sale price permanent?
No. The 2500 lists at $3,099.99 and has been discounted to $1,699.99. Prices move often, so check before you buy.
Does it need RTK in open areas?
It doesn't use RTK at all. LiDAR works best where there are trees, fences or buildings to measure against.
